A good design increases sales, saves costs, and improves user experience. We use design thinking principles to build meaningful solutions for the toughest challenges.

how we use design to build more sucessful products and services?

Human-centered design can help organizations innovate faster. It is a philosophy for problem-solving that encourages organizations to focus on the people they are creating for. Understanding the human need behind the business need enables organizations to create human-centered products, services, and internal processes.

Design Research

When designing software for humans, it’s vital that we truly understand the end user. Design research allows us to engage with the users and build a shared understanding of their needs and problems. Through this process, we can lay the foundation for building solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • User Research
  • User Interviews
  • Journey Mappings
  • Prototypes

User Experience

Understanding the user is only half of the challenge. In order to build successful products, we continually engage the users to test assumptions, get feedback, and shape the product. Through a process of rapid prototyping, we can quickly eliminate potential risks and focus on building a product that adds real value.

  • Prototypes
  • Interaction Design
  • Usability Testing

Product Design

The interface is where the human interacts with the software. Through a product design proces, our prototype evolves into a complete and branded experience. Product design isn’t just about colors and imagery, it’s about storytelling, communication, and delighting the user.

Web Design

Quality web design is necessary to achieve goals, especially with user conversion and engagement. Through a proven web design process, we help clients launch marketing websites and products that improve on their bottom line. Good web design is how companies stand out from their competitors.

Human-centered design enables organizations to create better products and services.

Human-centered design (HCD) is a philosophy for problem-solving that encourages organizations to focus on the people they are creating for. Understanding the human need behind the business need enables organizations to create human-centered products, services, and internal processes. Some benefits for organizations are:
  • Organizations can learn faster
  • Increases the productivity of the users
  • Maximized ROI

Here’s how we approach Product Design

Step 1: Discovery

Project brief : Outline app and website goals and objectives, identify roles and responsibilities and confirm the project schedule.
Competitive Analysis : Review competitor apps to identify the competitive landscape.
Persona Development : Describe typical target users with appropriate research and descriptions.
Card Sorting : Design or evaluate the information architecture of an application or site to inform the design of the overall structure.

Step 2: Define

Requirements/Analysis : Based on outputs from the previous activities, we articulate, prioritise and agree upon requirements for the new design.
User Flows/Storyboards : Representative user flows and/or storyboards depicting how users will navigate through the application based on the approved requirements and user personas.

Step 3: Design

Conceptual Modelling & Ideation : An iterative design process to create progressively more detailed designs and higher-fidelity prototypes. Generating sketches of possible ideas for workflows, layouts, and interaction models, evaluating each design approach, and refine the solutions using the best practices of user centred design.
Wireframes : Creating a set of wireframes for the new designs.
UX Testing : Wireframes will be tested with users. Design will be revises to incorporate UX testing feedback.
